Product Development Kitchen

Each of the 15 well-equipped work stations in the NPD kitchen has gas or electric cookers, access to a refrigerator and freezer and extensive video making facilities. Cookers are individually metered to allow the accurate monitoring of fuel consumption. The kitchen has dishwashers and waste disposal units.  A range of small kitchen electrical equipment is available and there is easy access to the sensory test area. The unit is serviced by a technician and two kitchen assistants.
