Stationary equipment in this room includes a cheese vat, ovens and mixers for bread manufacture and equipment to support the making of sugar confectionary, pickles and sauces. All work surfaces are constructed of stainless steel and the room is serviced by an overhead power transmission system to allow greater manufacturing flexibility.
