MANCHESTER FOOD RESEARCH CENTRE

Short courses provide companies with a way of rapidly introducing new skills and knowledge. We have a dedicated team of professionally qualified staff, experienced in the design and delivery of a wide range of bespoke training courses for the food sector, tailored to suit your specific requirements and delivered where and when is convenient for you. The courses are generally 1-2 days duration, highly interactive and presented in a relaxed and informal style.

All of the our courses can be tailored to your needs and delivered in-house if required. In-house training is cost-effective, targeted and can be used to promote team working and motivation within your organisation.  We are happy to combine elements from several different courses to create one specifically for you. As well as a range of courses carrying university credits, we offer several courses accredited by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) enabling delegates to obtain nationally recognised qualifications.
