Fees
The course price is stated per delegate and includes all tuition fees, use of equipment and all course materials. Course prices are correct at time of going to press but may be subject to change.

Reservations
Upon receipt of a completed Course Booking Form, Manchester Metropolitan University (“MMU”) will confirm availability of the requested course and a booking acknowledgement will be issued. Bookings are not confirmed until a booking acknowledgement has been issued.

Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in advance, all payments must be made by cheque, bank transfer or debit/credit card. Details and references for all methods of payment can be found on the Course Booking Form.

If explicitly agreed in advance by MMU, and on provision of a valid Purchase Order Number, an invoice (which may be described as a ‘Request for Payment’) can be issued. Invoices are payable on demand and certainly within 30 days of the date of the invoice. MMU reserves the right to refuse admission for any failure by a customer to pay past course fees.

Cancellations
In the event of cancellation by a delegate, MMU will offer the delegate the opportunity to transfer to a different course or receive a credit against a future course or send a substitute delegate. A refund will not be offered (unless MMU chooses to do so).  Delegates should notify Dr Helen Rigby at the address on the Booking Form at least 14 days in advance of the course commencement to arrange a transfer or credit or substitution.

MMU reserves the right to vary a course. MMU also reserves the right to cancel a course for any reason prior to the start of the course. In the event of cancellation by the MMU, delegates will be notified as soon as possible and may either transfer to a different course, receive a credit against a future course or receive a full refund of the fees paid. MMU will not be liable for any costs or losses (direct, indirect or consequential) that may be associated with a cancellation.

Non attendance
If the delegate fails to attend the course and does not notify MMU, the full course fees are payable.

Course Materials
MMU reserves all rights in the content of courses and all course materials. By signing the booking form for a course, delegates acknowledge that all rights in the content of courses and all course materials shall be owned by MMU and that in attending a course delegates will not obtain any rights whatsoever in such content or materials. Where the delegate does not sign the booking form for a course, the person signing the booking form shall procure that the delegate is bound by these terms.

Confidentiality
By signing the booking form for a course, delegates agree to keep confidential any information concerning MMU of which delegates become aware as a result of attending a course. Where the delegate does not sign the booking form for a course, the person signing the booking form shall procure that the delegate is bound by these terms.

Rights of Third Parties
This agreement does not create, or infer any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 which are enforceable by any person who is not a party to the agreement.

International Reservations
All payments must be made in Sterling by credit card, bankers draft or cheque. Special terms may apply for international reservations. Please contact MMU for more information.

Miscellaneous
MMU will not be liable for any travel or other expenses incurred by the delegates attending courses.

Delegates agree to comply with relevant MMU policies and procedures at all times during the course. Where the delegate does not sign the booking form for a course, the person signing the booking form shall procure that the delegate is bound by these terms.

While delegates can be assured that training courses provided by MMU are covered by appropriate insurance protection, the delegate should note that MMU will not be liable for loss or damage caused by their delegate(s) to others.

MMU do not accept any liability for advice given or views expressed by them in any notes or documentation provided to delegates.
