The Village Bakery (Coedpoeth) Ltd is a family owned and run company producing a wide range of savoury pastries and ‘morning goods’ in state-of-the-art bakery facilities in Minera, North Wales. A KTP was established to introduce food quality systems and to update procedures across the product range. As a result of the KTP the company achieved EFSIS accreditation, increased turnover and employed additional staff.
