Case Studies – Extons


Nominated for the Prestigious Everywoman Business Awards, Elizabeth Exton owns the cheese cutting company Extons which the Manchester Food Research Centre has helped to achieve BRC accreditation. As the business grew, Elizabeth needed new premises which were at least twice the size of her existing factory. The Centre assisted in finding and assessing new premises, designing the factory layout, establishing cleaning processes, staff schedules and job descriptions.
