Case Studies – Bury Black Pudding Co.


Assisted by the MFRC and mentored by a partner company, the Bury Black Pudding Company has moved from buying and marketing products to opening a factory and starting their own production. The Centre assisted at all stages from helping design the factory layout, developing processes and recipes, sourcing equipment and packaging, determining shelf life, marketing and establishing the brand.
