NAVIGATION | MANCHESTER FOOD RESEARCH CENTRE Dr Valentina Stojceska - Research AssociateValentina has been a Postdoctoral Research Associate with MMU since 2005 and worked for three years on the REPRO project. She holds a PhD from University College Dublin in the use of small and large strain rheological measurements to predict the baking performance of baked goods. She has a BEng degree in Biotechnology and Food Process Engineering from the National University in the Republic of Macedonia. She has been a member of American Association of Cereal Chemists International since 2003. Valentina publishes internationally in high-impact journals and presents at conferences worldwide. Her research activities are focussed on developing high value products such as baked goods and extruded ready-to-eat snacks. She also supervises postgraduate students and is an academic supervisor on a KTP programme with the Village Bakery (Nutrition) Ltd working on gluten-free bread production.
