John Hobson - Consultant

John has worked for Manchester Polytechnic and MMU since 1983. He is currently a senior lecturer, responsible for with teaching Food and Beverage Management at every level from NEBSS to PhD. An experienced consultant, John has worked as an advisor for the Princes's Youth Business Trust and is currently an advisor with Youth Enterprise. John has a wealth of experience in Eastern Europe, having worked in Hungary, Slovakia and Bulgaria. John is a Personal License Holder and the Designated Premises License Holder for the training restaurants at Hollings. He is also involved with group consultancy projects with Licensed Operators in the North West, including Kro Organisation, Revolution Group, It's a Scream, Mitchells and Butlers, Yates Group and Herald Inns.
