NAVIGATION | MANCHESTER FOOD RESEARCH CENTRE Symposium on Gluten-Free Cereal Products and BeveragesIn June, Dr. Valentina Stojceska attended the Second International Symposium on Gluten-Free Cereal products and Beverages in Tampere, Finland. Valentina delivered an oral presentation entitled "Development of high-quality gluten-free breads for the European market", which formed part of the work undertaken duringa KTP between MMU and Village Bakery Nutrition, Ltd. Valentina also presented a poster entitled “Teff (Eragrostis tef) supplemented gluten-free breads as a potential prevention of iron-deficiency anaemia”.
